Fire breaks out in Redditch scrapyard
AROUND 15 firefighters were tackled a large fire at a Redditch metal scrapyard today (Saturday, February 18).
Three crews from Redditch were called out to the site off Hewell Road Enfield Industrial Estate at around 3am this morning.
The fire involved a number of scrap vehicles in the yard and waste materials. No one was injured and no property was damaged.
