A MOTORWAY service station in Worcestershire has been rated among the best in the UK for electric vehicle chargers.
A study conducted by DriveElectric analysed the number of charging devices, including ultra-rapid chargers and Tesla chargers, the average cost of charging, and amenities at service stations across the UK to reveal the best EV service station.
Hopwood Park has been ranked eighth best in the UK for electric vehicle chargers out of more than 100 motorway service stations.
The service station has 18 EV charging stations costing on average 52p/kWH to use and has been rated 6.02 out of ten for its EV score.
As well as EV chargers, Hopwood Park has 12 eateries, two shops and a children’s play area giving it an overall rating of four out of five.
The service station with the most EV charging stations in the UK is Exeter with 28 chargers.
