INFORMATION is being sought by police after passport-type documents containing personal details and photos of children were stolen from a football coach’s car in Redditch.
Around 40 of the documents containing pictures and information of the children who play for two teams in Redditch and Studley were taken.
They were in a black laptop case which was stolen from an insecure red Ford Fiesta in Abbotswood Close, Redditch between 10pm on Saturday, June 18 and 6am the following day. Also taken was a wallet and £70 cash.
The passport-type documents have an orange or brown vinyl cover, and are passport sized with about 20 pages.
They have no monetary value, and anyone finding them is asked to hand them in to West Mercia Police. The children’s parents have been informed.
