BLAKER ( Nee Daniels ) Susan Elizabeth Aged 66 years Passed away peacefully at home on 9th October 2015 She will be sadly missed by her Brother Stephen, his partner Ita and family. A service to celebrate Susan's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Friday 30th October 2015 at 12.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for MND Association or The Primrose Unit at the Princess of Wales Hospital may be sent to - Thomas Brothers, The Funeral Directors Birchfield House, 94 Evesham Road, Redditch, B97 5JF. 01527 547777 Thank you
