DA SILVA Patricia (Pat) Passed away peacefully at the Alexandra Hospital on 20th October 2015 Pat lost her long battle with Lupus after a courageous fight Her funeral took place on 28th October. Donations in her memory may be made to Lupus UK via Redditch Co-operative Funeralcare Sadly missed by Dave, Colin and Paul
