LEE Antony Mark (Tony) Passed away suddenly on 5th December aged 53 years Beloved husband of Donna and father to Rachel and Ryan, loving son to Terry and his late mum Shirley, dearly loved brother to Roger, his wife Jackie and family Will be sadly missed by all family, friends and colleagues His funeral will be held at Robin Hood Crematorium on Monday 21st December at 3.30pm Close family flowers only Donations if desired to Critical Care Area 'C' Q.E.H.B
