FAULKNER Patricia 'Pat' Sadly passed away on Thursday 11th February, 2016. Aged 67 years. Much loved Mother and Grandmother. A service to celebrate Pat's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Tuesday 23rd February, 2016 at 2.45 pm.
