WEAVER Mary Agnes aged 87 Years. Passed away on Thursday 25th February 2016 at The Alexandra Hospital. Reunited with her beloved Husband Victor. Dearly loved Mom to Andrew and Michelle. A very special Nan to Kelly, Richard and Kieran. Great Grandmother to Christian, Chester, Bailey and Mia - Rose.
