POULTNEY Veronica Janet "Ronni" Aged 68 years, sadly passed away on Monday 28th March 2016 at The Cedars Nursing Home, Redditch. Dearly loved wife to Joseph "Terry" Poultney, loving mom to Clive, Sean and Clare and adored nan to Joe, Ollie, Toby, Sam and Charlie. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. She will be carried in our hearts forever... A service to celebrate Ronni's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Thurs 7th April 2016 at 12.30pm. Donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society can be sent to A Dyers & Sons, 23 Alcester Road, Studley B80 7AG
