CUSACK Mary Diane Passed away peacefully at Alexandra Hospital on 16th December 2016, aged 62 years Wife of Stan, Mom to John, Stephen and Louise, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral service to take place at Redditch Crematorium on Monday 9th January 2017 at 11.45am Family flowers only please, donations if desired for Ward 19, Heartlands Hospital may be left after the service. Please wear a splash of red.
