BAKER Leonard Richard 03.04.1925 - 21.01.2017 It is with sadness that Heather and Sophie announce the death of Uncle Len. Len, formerly of Burcot Lane and Shenstone Court, Bromsgrove and more recently of Bowood Court Nursing Home, Redditch, died peacefully. A courageous sailor, who braved the Arctic Convoys in World War 2, he will be sadly missed. Now reunited with Lili, his wife. Our sincere thanks to all at Bowood Court for their brilliant care of Len during these past years. Len's funeral will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Wednesday February 8th at 2.45pm. We welcome everyone who knew him. Black attire is not necessary. No flowers please but donations to a charity of personal choice.
