JAGIELSKI Jan Aged 61years Passed away on Thursday 22nd June 2017 at The Alexandra Hospital. Beloved husband to Debbie, dearly loved Dad to Stefan, A.J and their partners Nicci and Loren, Grandad to Bella. Jan will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. A service to celebrate Jan's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Monday 10th July 2017 at 2.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to The Multiple Sclerosis Society and The NET Patient Foundation may be sent to Thomas Brothers, The Funeral Directors.
