SMITH Patricia (Pat) Passed away peacefully at Kenilworth Grange Care Home on 19th October 2017 aged 74 years. Pat will be greatly missed by son James and sisters Charlotte and Marie and all her friends. Funeral service to take place at Redditch Crematorium on Wednesday 15th November at 12:30pm.
