COOK David Passed away peacefully on 24th February 2018, surrounded by his family. A service to celebrate the life of David will take place at Redditch Crematorium Monday, 19th March at 2.45pm. David will be sadly missed by his family, loving wife Susan, children Darren, Neal and Craig, daughter in law Rachel and grandson Zac xxx
