KHAJAVI Polly (Olwen) 04/04/58 - 10/08/18 Polly passed away peacefully surrounded by her Family, aged 60. Polly is the late Wife of Nasser Khajavi and is survived by her Daughter Charmel Khajavi and Son Mehdi Khajavi. The Funeral will be held at Redditch Crematorium Chapel on Monday, September 3rd, at 11 a.m., followed by Interment at Bromsgrove North Cemetery. Attendees are not required to wear balck.
