SMITH Dave Aged 76 years Passed peacefully away on Wednesday 3rd October 2018 at The Primrose Unit at The Princess of Wales Hospital. Beloved Husband to Jan, dearly loved Dad to Andrea and Carl and Neil and Jody. A special Grandad to Sam, Luke, Jake, Connor and Caden, Dave will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends A service to celebrate Dave's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Thursday 18th October 2018 at 12.30pm Please wear an item of yellow if you wish Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to The Primrose Unit at The Princess of Wales Hospital or The Primrose Hospice may be sent to Thomas Brothers The Funeral Directors Birchfield House 494 Evesham Road Redditch B97 5JF 01527 547777 Thank you
