BRAZIL Jeremy (Jem / Baz) Aged 55 years Suddenly taken from us on Saturday 1st December 2018. He will be greatly missed by his beloved Wife Kath, Sons Josh and George, Stepsons Matthew and Philip, Dad John and all of his family and friends. A service to celebrate Jem's life will take place on Friday 28th December 2018 at Redditch Crematorium at 11:45am.
