HAZEL LILIAN FAULKNER Sadly passed away on Tuesday 19th May 2020 aged 76. Beloved wife to Roy and a much loved mom to Peter, Lynda and Jenny. Hazel will be dearly missed by all her family and friends. A private family service at Redditch crematorium on Tuesday 9th June, 11.45 am. Family flowers only please and donations will go to Primrose hospice
