HAYES Patricia Ann (Pat) Peacefully passed away on Monday 1st February, 2021, aged 79 years. Beloved Mom to Joanne, Dominic, Andy and Kerry. Grandparent of Izzy, Ollie, Scott and Esmay. A private family service to celebrate Pat's life will take place at Redditch Crematorium on Friday 5th March, 2021, at 2.45pm.
