PHIPPS David Aged 80 years. Passed away at the Alexandra Hospital, Redditch on Thursday 25th November. An amazing Husband to Jenny, Father to Nick and Naomi, Father-In-Law and Grandpa. A former Chief Executive of Redditch Borough Council and much loved member of Emmanuel Church. A service to commemorate David's life will take place at Emmanuel on Tuesday 14th December, 2021 at 2.15pm.
