THE James Last Orchestra has announced its farewell tour of the UK including a date at The NEC in Birmingham.
James Last has had more hit albums than any other living artist.
Achievements include 17 platinum and 206 gold awards and more than 150 albums, 62 of which have charted in the UK alone.
The breakthrough in Last's musical career came in 1965 with the worldwide success of the first album Non Stop Dancing.
In 1967 he had four top 10 albums simultaneously in the British charts and forty years later Last is still going strong.
The show, featuring a 15-piece band, 16-piece string section, five vocalists, 30 technicians and truck loads of video, pyrotechnics and effects, promises to be an amazing finale.
The show is on Saturday, September 15 and starts at 7.30pm Tickets cost £35 from 870 730 0196.
