NEW College spent the day welcoming new students when it opened up its atrium for a freshers fair.
The fair gave the latest students to join the college an opportunity to meet fellow newcomers and staff before they begin their courses.
Fun activities were organised by the college - from human football, and a DJ academy to pool and PS3 tournaments. A caricature artist was also on hand to add another perspective to proceedings.
A NEW College spokesman said: "The fair is a great way to introduce the students to both each other and the college and it helps them to feel more confident about their new environment."
The fair also gave students the chance to pick up information leaflets and brochures on the institution's facilities as well as talk to people from organisations which work with NEW College.
