A BIG stir is being created across the region as organisers prepare for the World's Biggest Coffee Morning in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Events will be taking place in offices, factories, doctor's surgeries, shopping centres, village halls and homes across the country on Friday, September 28 to help raise money for the 270,000 people in the UK diagnosed with cancer every year.
Coffee mornings in Redditch include the Kingfisher Centre; Bairstow Eves at Osborne House, 13 Church Green East; Redditch Youth House, Ipsley Street; Arrow Vale High School, 27 Barrow Close; Mockley Manor Care Home, 94 Linton Close; Batchley First School, Cherry Tree Walk; Tenacres Littlefolks Pre-School, Quibury Close; Ipsley Middle School, Winyates Way; Kingfisher School, 46 Sandhurst Close, St Stephen's Church, 8 Ravensmere Road; Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 11 Keele Close and the homes of Jane Lloyd, 24 Wychwood Drive; Olwyn Wilmer, Flat 22, Mendip House and Donna Blewett, 11 Sheldon Road.
Others include: Crown Meadow First School, Tanyard Lane, Alvechurch; Wythall Parish Council Offices, Beaudesert Road, Hollywood; Tops, 50 School Road, Salford Priors; Paperworks, Spernal Ash Nurseries, Alcester Road, Studley; Lloyds Pharmacy, High Street, Alcester and the home of Steve Hitch, Rectory Cottage, Old Rectory Lane, Birmingham.
