THOSE feeling the stresses of modern life are being reminded to look after their mental well being as giant dreamcatchers hang in Redditch during World Mental Health Day.
On Wednesday, October 10, the dreamcatchers, made by Worcestershire Mental Health Network, will hang in shops, offices and public buildings in Redditch including the library and the Kingfisher Centre, to get people to stop and think about their mental health.
The network is inviting residents to the Ecumenical Centre on Evesham Walk in Redditch on the day between noon and 5pm to give their mind a free mini-break by making a dreamcatcher, enjoying a cup of tea and even receiving a soothing treatment from the Body Shop at Home team.
The dreamcatchers were made from reclaimed and recycled materials given by Worcestershire Resource Exchange.
