ALCESTER Health Centre has stressed that it is still open and continuing to triage all appointments.
A video produced by the centre also says that Arrow Surgery and Hopkins Pharmacy are still open.
The video, to update patients about what the centre is doing locally, has been viewed more than 1,000 times.
The centre says it is continuing to triage all appointments and endeavours to do as many consultations over the phone / video / email, where this is possible.
Hopkins pharmacy are practicing social distancing as advised, so there may well be a delay in collecting medication.
A spokesman said that people can be assured they will be served and issued their medication (but please only order medication when it is due and do not order early).
They said: "We understand this is a difficult time for us all, and we understand that patients are worried about supply of their medicines, but it is crucial that we also look after the people who are looking after you.
"Both surgeries are working closely together and with Hopkins pharmacy to ensure everyone gets their medications as they need to."
