EMERGENCY crews were called out to a two-vehicle crash in Redditch earlier today (Saturday January 15).
Firefighters from Redditch, West Mercia Police and West Midlands Ambulance Service were alerted at 12.01pm to the incident, involving a van and a car, at the junction of Holloway Drive/Beoley Road East.
Fire crews took to Twitter to report the incident, saying: “@HWFireRedditch made safe two vehicles involved in RTC at junction of Holloway Drive/Beoley Road East, assisted by @OFFICIALWMAS & @WMerciaPolice.”
A male casualty was checked over at the scene by ambulance crews, a spokesman for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said, and the incident was handed over to police.
