A WOMAN and boy were injured in a crash in Redditch this morning.
A crash involving two cars happened at the junction of Damson Close and Windmill Drive.
Paramedics were called to the scene at around 11am today (March 24).
Medics treated a woman and a boy from one of the vehicles for injuries not believed to be serious.
They were taken to hospital for further assessment.
Windmill Drive was closed by police following the incident but has since reopened.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 11:01am to reports of a two car RTC at the junction of Damson Close and Windmill Drive.
"We sent one ambulance to the scene and have treated a woman and boy from one of the vehicles, for injuries not believed to be serious. They’ve been conveyed to hospital for further assessment.”
