MOTORISTS are being warned of likely delays near Arrow Valley Park in Redditch due to temporary traffic lights.
The traffic lights are set to be in place from April 11 to June 1 to facilitate the construction of a new Lidl store.
The two-way traffic signals are located at the entrance of the Lidl development at the approach to the roundabout at Battens Drive and at the junction of Padgets Lane.
Work for the new supermarket includes the construction of access, lighting columns, kerbing, footway, paving, carriageway resurfacing and a pedestrian crossing.
A 30mph speed limit has been imposed on part of Battens Drive from its junction with Coventry Highway to its junction with Padgets Lane.
This is to facilitate carriageway reconstruction and will be in place for 58 days.
The new store, which is set to create 40 jobs, is on track to open this Summer.
