A REDDITCH man has been charged after a disturbance at block of Redditch flats saw a police cordon in place for several hours.
On December 28 a police cordon was put in place on Bushley Close after a man was causing a ‘disturbance’ in a flat.
Police advised the public to avoid the area to ‘allow officers to resolve the incident’.
An image from the scene shows several police vehicles surrounding a block of flats at the bottom of Bushley Close.
Following the incident, Samuel Crawley of Bushley Close has been charged with criminal damage and public order offences.
The 36-year-old has been remanded in custody and is set to appear in court at a future date.
At the time of the incident, police said no one has been injured and no one else was involved in the ‘disturbance’.
