A BUILDING hosting an estate agent and law firm in Redditch is set to go under the hammer.
The three-storey, freehold lot at 12 Church Green East and will have a guide price of around £460,000.
Estate agents AP Morgan are paying £30,000 for the ground and part of the first floor, and Chapter Law solicitors are paying £16,200 for the main part of the first and the second floor, both on renewed three-year leases.
