THE winners of a competition to design a card which will be sent to King Charles III to mark his coronation have been announced.
Earlier this year, Redditch MP, Rachel Maclean launched a competition to find a design for a card which will be sent to Buckingham Palace ahead of His Majesty’s Coronation.
After whittling down the entries, Rachel has chosen the designs drawn by Maisie Donoghue, aged 10, and Teddy Bowen-Pugh, aged 5.
Teddy’s design will feature on the front of the card, while Maisie’s design will be printed on the back.
Rachel said: “Thank you to everyone who took the time to design and draw entries.
“Having received hundreds of entries it was incredibly hard to choose just one winner, so I chose two instead.
“Congratulations to Maisie and Teddy.
“Their designs will now feature on the card which will be sent to His Majesty The King on behalf of everyone in Redditch and the Villages.”
