CHERRY Trees Care Home in Alcester will be opening its doors to the community for a festival open day.
Taking place between 10:30am and 4pm on Saturday, July 8 guests will be able to enjoy refreshments, including homemade cream cakes prepared by the home’s Head Chef, and will have the chance to meet the team and take a tour of the home.
At 11am the festival will begin with a performance from Phoebe Ambridge and Silver Belles Music and at 2:30pm, the popular soprano, Victoria Wilson will take to the stage.
Alfie the Therapy Horse will also be visiting the home between 2pm and 3pm.
Debbie Osborne, General Manager at Cherry Trees, which is run by Barchester Healthcare, said: “I’m excited about welcoming new visitors and existing friends of the home to our open day.
“Looking for care can be a little bit daunting, but our team here at Cherry Trees will do all we can to provide all of our guests with the guidance and support they may need, and answer all of their questions, big or small.
“Our open day is a great chance to enjoy some delightful entertainment in a homely and friendly setting- hope to see you all there!”
