A NEW Italian style café is set to open in Redditch.
Caffè Carluccio's is set to open its first venue in the area in Tesco Extra Superstore on Coldfield Drive today (July 27).
The café will replace the former Tesco Café with all staff joining Caffè Carluccio's.
The new restaurant set-up will also include the Ed’s Easy Diner and Harry Ramsden’s brands.
A spokesperson for Caffè Carluccio's said: “Guests can indulge in Caffè Carluccio's signature Italian coffee and iced frappes alongside the perfect selection of fresh Italian pastries, cakes, and cannoli.
“Caffè Carluccio’s also brings to its guests’ favourites from Ed's Easy Diner including Big Ed’s Breakfast, The Full Veggie Breakfast and Ham, egg and fries.
“Harry Ramsden's offers its world-famous fish and chips.”
Opening hours for Caffè Carluccio's will be from 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 3.30pm on Sunday as is Ed’s Easy Diner while Harry Ramsden’s will start serving at 11am.
The spokesperson added: “The team at Caffè Carluccio's eagerly awaits the opportunity to welcome diners and shoppers to this new location and provide an exceptional dining experience within the renowned Tesco Extra Superstore.”
The new opening follows the launch of Slim Chickens in the Tesco store last August.
