Crowds gathered across Redditch yesterday (November 12) to remember our fallen heroes.
Residents came out in full force to pay their respects to soldiers who lost their lives during wars and other conflicts on Remembrance Sunday.
Ex-servicemen and women joined forces with community groups and dignitaries in the annual poppy parade that set off from the town hall.
The parade route went along Alcester Street to the war memorial by St Stephen’s where Reverend Sarah-Jayne Hewitt led a service.
Other services also took place in the surrounding areas including parades in Studley, Alcester, Wythall and Astwood Bank.
