As spring looms, Forge Mill is reopening with a host of half-term activities starting this week.
The first exhibition, 'Wildlife and Nature', features photographs by Redditch Photographic Society members, throughout the month until March 3.
The museum will also arrange a ‘Love Wildlife, Love Photography’ week from February 12 until 18, comprising family events, a duck trail and crafting on the Tuesday and Wednesday.
Debbie Lakeman, education officer for Forge Mill, said: “We’re so excited to welcome back visitors to Forge Mill, especially with our chosen theme.
"Whether you want to enjoy the photography exhibition, children’s crafts or the nature walk, join us in celebrating the beginning of spring.”
A Wildlife Photography contest for budding young photographers, with a £50 Amazon voucher up for grabs, will take place within the half-term holiday.
An inclusive Wildlife Walk takes place on February 11, coupled with a guide, refreshments and a chance to see the photography exhibit, while an open day offers Redditch residents free museum and exhibition entry on February 17.
All details of February events can be found on the museum's website at https://www.forgemill.org.uk/web/.
