TWO men have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man fell from the roof of an apartment block last week.
The man, who is in his 20s, fell from the rooftop of Threadneedle House on Alcester Street in Redditch town centre on Thursday, March 7.
Officers said at the time that initial enquiries suggested there was an "altercation between a group of people" on the roof shortly before the man fell.
The man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries, which are not believed to be life-threatening.
West Mercia Police stressed that a firearm had not been discharged following online speculation.
Now, the force has confirmed that two men, both aged 27, have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and are in police custody.
