A PLAN to convert a dwelling house into a residential care home for children with disabilities has been approved.
A planning application was submitted for a children's home at 100 St George's Road in Redditch earlier this year.
The planning application outlines that the three-bedroom house will provide care for three children.
According to the planning statement: "The proposed use is to be a residential care home for children with disabilities.
"The house will be a home for three children.
"The existing hard and soft landscaped areas will be retained and maintained. A bike store and bin store are proposed to the rear garden".
The planning application was submitted to Redditch Borough Council on Monday, January 29.
The application is now been granted by the local authority.
