COMMERCIAL contractor Zenith Flooring has opened a brand new Midlands base in Redditch.
From its headquarters in Castleford, West Yorkshire, the company has built up a customer base of blue-chip clients including Ford, JCB, Komatsu, ASDA, Tesco, Toolstation and Stena Line over the past quarter of a century.
Led by director Gareth Hart since 2018, the company has become a popular resin flooring contractor with many UK businesses.
Working with James Haynes at Redditch company John Truslove, the firm has established its first base outside of Yorkshire, on the Manorside Industrial Estate.
The company has secured a five-year lease on 553 sq ft of space at Unit 9, on Walkers Road, at £8,250 per annum.
Zenith is already building its reputation in the region, with a recent project to install a new decorative flake flooring system for a well-known car repair television show, based in the West Midlands.
James Haynes said: “We are delighted to have secured Zenith Flooring as a tenant for our client at Unit 9 on the Manorside Estate. This is a company with an excellent reputation that has chosen Redditch as its Midlands base, giving it excellent transport links as it continues to build its brand and its business.
“Helping growing companies find the right premises for the next stage in their expansion plans is a big part of what we do. With our extensive contacts among commercial property landlords in this region, we provide unrivalled access to a broad range of premises.”
