REDDITCH United manager Matt Clarke is set to appear at crown court charged with being involved in the supply of cocaine and cannabis.
Clarke is charged with being concerned in the supply of cocaine and cannabis, possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.
The 50-year-old, of Turntable Avenue, Bromsgrove, is set to appear at Worcester Crown Court on May 7.
In February, Redditch United announced Mr Clarke had taken an "immediate break" from his role due to "personal reasons".
A club statement read: "Matt Clarke will be taking an immediate break from football for personal reasons.
"At this stage, we anticipate this to be a short break.
"The current backroom staff will be leading the team, and it is expected that this will continue to be the case until Matt’s return."
The News has contacted Redditch United for comment.
Mr Clarke appeared at Hereford Magistrates Court on February 14 alongside two co-defendants.
He previously managed Halesowen and Evesham and re-joined Redditch four years ago.
