A leading house builder has strengthened its team with a pair of senior appointments.
Persimmon Homes South Midlands has announced Beth Lodge as its new head of sales and Graydon Worthing as sales director.
Joining the Studley-based team, the pair will focus on marketing and selling the housebuilder's new builds across an expansive area stretching from South Warwickshire to Banbury.

Ms Lodge, promoted from senior area sales manager, said: "I am excited to be joining the South Midlands region and looking forward to taking on a new challenge where I can make a positive impact in my new role."
Mr Worthing, having worked as sales director for Barratt Homes for 12 years, said: "I am pleased to be joining Persimmon Homes at an exciting time for the company and to help deliver their strategic growth ambitions."
Russell Griffin, managing director at the house builder, said: "We’re delighted to be strengthening our sales team with the promotion of Beth and the appointment of Graydon.
