A 17-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons has been charged with six counts of burglary, two counts of attempted burglary and eight counts of theft of a motor vehicle.
The charges relate to burglaries of homes and vehicle thefts in the Cofton Hackett, Rubery, Redditch and Bromsgrove areas.
The alleged crimes happened between November 2023 and April 2024.
The teen appeared at court today (Friday May 3) and has been remanded into youth detention accommodation until his next court appearance at Worcestershire Crown Court on Friday May 31.
