The following cases have been heard at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court in the last week.
DAVID GIBBS, of Fownhope Close, Redditch, indicated a guilty plea to fraud by false representation on April 24.
Gibbs was accused of using a stolen credit card to buy a number of items including Coca Cola, Dr Pepper, Frosty Jack Cider, Benson Blue and Jack Daniels totalling £73.44.
He also pleaded guilty to theft from a shop on March 23 when he stole six containers of Nescafe Gold coffee and a bottle of Stella Artois from One Stop to the value of £41.30.
He was ordered to pay compensation for the offences and given a two-week custodial sentence.
JAMES PORTMAN, of Auxerre Avenue, Redditch, pleaded guilty to theft from a shop on February 12.
Portman was accused of stealing a bottle of alcohol to the value of £12 from Sainsbury's.
He also pleaded guilty to common assault on February 14.
He was handed a community order including to complete rehabilitation activity and attend drug rehabilitation. He also had to pay compensation.
