Crowds of people came together last weekend to take part in the "amazing" Redditch Pride celebrations.
The event, which was organised by volunteers on the Redditch Pride Committee, saw hundreds of people parade through the town with live music and entertainment outside St Stephen's Church.
The parade started at 11am with the procession continuing through the Kingfisher Centre and onto Church Green.
There were also community stalls, drag acts, street entertainers, food stalls and more to keep the whole family entertained.
Ahead of the event, a Redditch PRIDE Committee Spokesperson said: "We are hoping that this year's PRIDE is going to be bigger and better than last year.
"I would like to thank everyone who has volunteered to help make this event happen."
Popworld and Zinc were the official after-Pride event venues as well as The Railway Inn which hosted special guest Annie Rexic.
Redditch Pride was sponsored by Worcestershire County Council and councillors, Redditch BID, Railway Inn, Popworld and Zinc, Glastonbeoley, Morrisons, Redditch United and the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
Leader of Redditch Borough Council, Councillor Joe Baker, took to social media to praise the event and said: "Redditch Pride has been amazing and an estimated 2000 turned out to celebrate."
Councillor Juliet Barker-Smith added: "Fantastic day marshalling at Redditch Pride. I had the honour of leading the whole parade again.
"What a truly lovely community day."
This is the second Pride event to take place in the town with the first celebration being held last year.
The event has experienced incredible success with many residents praising the organisers and sharing their pictures of the day.
One resident said: "Bringing the community together. A super day that was well-organised.
Another added: "Great day thank you to all who performed, helped and to all who attended. What a day."
