A leading accountancy firm has raised money for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust at its annual Charity Golf Day.
Redditch-based Hayward Wright partnered with the national charity to support those afflicted with the genetic disease, which causes the lungs and digestive systems to get clogged with mucus.
Last week, the firm hosted the annual event at Olton Golf Club in Solihull for the second year straight.

The event attracted over 120 professionals from various businesses across the Midlands, raising more than £8,000 for the charity.
Guests enjoyed a day of networking and golf.
These kicked off with the firm's managing director, Alistair Hayward-Wright, Neil Bettridge from AMROS Golf, and Rachel Taylor, community fundraiser at the charity, providing insights on the work the trust does.
The day also included a morning auction of tees run by the firm's team.
Further fundraising initiatives involved Hannah Bowen, the Advanced PGA Professional Golfer, challenging participants to beat the pro.
A three-course dinner and a charity raffle concluded the day of golf.
The event got backing from various sponsors such as Stephen Alexander, Blackstar Mortgages, F8, and KLO Financial Services.
Mr Hayward-Wright said: "This is the second consecutive year we have run the charity golf day, and it has once again received incredible support.
"The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is an incredible organisation that does amazing work with those affected by the condition and helps increase awareness and we are delighted to have played our part in supporting the charity this year.
"A huge thank you to everyone who came along to the day and supported us, and we are already looking forward to our 2025 event."
Rachel Taylor, Community Fundraiser at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, said: "We are thrilled with the support of Hayward Wright, especially through their Golf Day on Thursday, June 6.
She added: "The funds raised at this event could run our helpline for a whole month, offering invaluable support to the hundreds of people who get in touch with their questions, concerns and worries or pay for 20 days’ worth of essential laboratory materials at our Strategic Research Centres, helping scientists to develop groundbreaking new treatments for everyone with cystic fibrosis."
