A fully furnished £1m home in the Midlands is up for grabs through a charity prize draw.

The initiative from Ruffle.org offers UK residents a chance to win mortgage-free property without any hidden costs or stamp duty.

The house isn't the only prize up for grabs.

The second prize is a £90k BMW M3 Touring car, with a third prize of £50k tax-free cash.

A lucky few will also bag monthly £5,000 gift cards for Virgin Holidays and weekly £1,000 cash handouts till mid-December.

As beneficial as the prizes are for winners, the charity draw also aids The Myton Hospices, based in the Midlands.

With Ruffle.org committing 10 per cent of the ticket sales to the hospice charity, the funds raised will make a significant difference to the hospices' efforts in caring for the terminally ill.

The hospices, reliant primarily on local support, only receive 20 per cent of their funding from the NHS and £11m a year is needed.

Stuart Goymer, director at Ruffle.org, said: "We’re incredibly excited to launch our brand new prize draw opportunity to the British public.

"With the cost of living crisis affecting people all over the country, the possibility of winning this dream house is a genuine life-changing opportunity for someone.

"While some other prize draws offer luxurious properties, we felt not everyone could afford to actually live there, so we worked hard to make sure that this house was affordable, rentable and could even be someone's early retirement plan."

Entries, start at £10 on the Ruffle website.
