A GP surgery in Redditch has issued an urgent update to patients following a "mass IT outage".
Elgar House Surgery has apologised to patients after being unable to access its clinical system.
The IT outage is affecting companies across the world with the GP surgery reassuring residents that its care navigators are doing their best to assist patients whilst the problem is ongoing.
In a post on social media, Elgar House Surgery said: "Unfortunately, as you may have heard there is a mass IT outage which has affected companies including our practice. This means we can not access the clinical system.
"Our care navigators will do their best to assist patients.
"Thank you for your understanding."

Some pharmacies, including Rowlands Pharmacy, as well as other GP surgeries have also been affected.
