The most expensive streets in Redditch over the last five years have been revealed.
Property Solvers tracked the average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across Redditch postcodes.
Common Lane, Lapwing Court and Feckenham Road have some of the highest-valued homes across the area according to the data.
On Common Lane (B80), four properties sold for an average of £757,500.
On Lapwing Court (B80), three properties sold for an average of 3698,000 whilst Feckenham Road (B97) saw three properties sell for an average of £601,833.
Some of the cheapest residential streets include Oak House (B98) where three properties sold for an average of £77,000, Unicorn House (B97) saw six properties sold for an average of £82,583 and Southcrest Gardens (B97) saw four properties sold for an average of £90,000.
Commenting on the data, Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
"It's therefore worth noting that in recent years a property on The Slough (B97) sold for £1,275,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £59,500 and under on Woodberrow Lane (B97), Byron Road (B97) and Dolben Lane (B97)."
