Police have issued a warning to residents after a purse was stolen from a vehicle in Redditch.
Winyates and Matchborough SNT said they received a report regarding a purse being stolen from a car on Lilleshall Close.
The incident happened on Tuesday (August 13) with police advising residents to make sure their vehicle is locked and no valuable items are left in the vehicle overnight.
Police also urged residents to report any suspicious activity in the area.
A spokesperson for Winyates and Matchborough SNT said: "Just to make you all aware, we have had a report made to the Police regarding a purse being stolen from a vehicle on August 13 on Lilleshall Close, Winyates Green.
"Please stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity. Also, please ensure that your vehicles are locked and ensure no valuable items are left in the vehicle overnight."
