Staff at a shop in Redditch are celebrating after raising vital funds for a 12-year-old's foodbank.

RILEY Boutique, which is located in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre, raised an incredible £400 following the success of its charity fashion show.

The event took place on Sunday, July 7 where brightly coloured dresses and smart accessories were showcased along a red carpet.

The fashion show proved to be a huge success showcasing the latest trends from Paris and Milan and showing how statement pieces really can work for all.

The store said the donation to Friends of Isaac's Food Bank, which was founded by Isaac Winfield, is the largest donation the charity had received so far this year.

12-year-old Isaac Winfield said: "Donations like this make such a huge difference to so many locals, thank you so much to RILEY Boutique and all their clients for their generosity."

The food bank has five locations in and around Redditch and is accessible to anyone in crisis. Over 3,500 food parcels have been sent out so far this year.

RILEY Boutique said: "Thank you to all our amazing clients for their generosity in supporting this amazing cause, it makes such as difference."

Based in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre and proud winners of the 'Best Customer Service Award' at last year’s Redditch Business Awards.

RILEY Boutique prides itself on offering a complimentary and bespoke personal styling service and empowering women to look and feel their best.

Despite being an independent retailer, the shop said its client base is growing across the country as more and more people swap repetitive fast fashion for more unique, sustainable and trendy designs.
