Police have issued a warning after items were stolen from a car in Redditch.
West Mercia Police said they had received a report of items being taken from a vehicle that was parked in the area of Ibstock Close in Winyates.
Officers have now issued advice to residents on keeping their property safe and urged them to stay vigilant.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your property. Where possible remove all valuable items from your vehicle before leaving it unattended.
"We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
"If you aren’t comfortable contacting us directly, you can report information anonymously to Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or by visiting the website at www.crimestoppers-uk.org."
